Building Contractor

A builder asked me to help him with his concern that he may not have the right contractors insurance. His insurance policy was unclear and he wanted to ensure he had the cover that his clients expected.

We looked into alternatives and found most policies expected him to check his sub-contractors had public liability cover and he asked us to manage the checking process for him. We were delighted to oblige and he chose a policy that was competitive and clear. 

The policy we arranged covered public liability and employers’ liability. We also checked his sub-contractors and gave advice that lead to them requesting protection for their liabilities.
