I was introduced to an estate  & lettings agent just about to open a second office. Their concerns related to damage at their expensive new office and allegations that errors or omissions had lead to claims for compensation from landlords.

After options were discussed a new professional indemnity policy was arranged to protect the growing organisation including cover for the entire cost of defending claims which was previously subject to an excess.

We have also been instructed to arrange cover for office insurance including public liability, employers’ liability, loss of money, computers, contents, tenant’s improvements, fixtures and fittings and loss of revenue.
