I was asked to help a toy manufacturer who distributed toys in top level stores across the World. He was moving to new premises and wanted to ensure his property was protected by insurance he could pick and choose from. The new premises was to be developed and improved.

Our one hour discussion at the premises determined which covers were required and likely terms, conditions and exclusions were explained. Quotations were arranged and a survey undertaken to assist with security, fire rating of the mezzanine and fire extinguisher requirements.

A clean bill of health was achieved and documentation was chased until corrected. Cover provided included property damage, public liability, employers’ liability and products liability.
