A solicitor asked if we could handle her insurance after receiving poor advice from her current broker. We were asked to rearrange the cover in advance of the renewal date and provide options for improvements. The issue was that a claim was made in the last 12 months, which was challenging, as not all underwriters are prepared to offer a quotation. We carried out detailed research and found an insurance company who wanted to provide cover to the legal sector with competitive terms and conditions.
We had regular review dates to make sure that standards remained high. Because of our excellent work, we were referred to another client by the solicitor, who needed urgent, yet appropriate cover, in order to conclude a property deal.
