Solicitor Insurance
A solicitor asked if we could handle her insurance after receiving poor advice from her current broker. We were asked to rearrange the cover in advance of the renewal date and provide options for improvements.
A claim made during the previous twelve months set us a challenge because not all underwriters were prepared to offer a quotation. Detailed searches unearthed an insurance company who wanted to provide cover to the legal sector and competitive terms and conditions were agreed. These options, together with the warranties and exclusions were discussed and cover arranged that suited the solicitor’s insurance requirements.
Regular review dates were determined to ensure standards remain high. The solicitor then introduced us to a client who required urgent yet appropriate cover in order to conclude a property deal. We were delighted to help on both occasions and the solicitor has now introduced us to more clients and an accountant who has done the same.
